Audrey Wall has been an RN for more than 25 years, and has practiced in a number of capacities including hospital-based surgical nursing, Long Term Care, teaching in the Nursing program at Brock University, and within a Family Health Team as a Certified Respiratory Educator/TEACH Certified Smoking Ces-say-tion Specialist and Foot Care Nurse. In 2018, Audrey opened her own nursing foot care clinic, the first of its kind in Niagara, Ontario.
Audrey believes in the value of a national association for nursing foot care and has worked with the Canadian Association of Foot Care Nurses over the past 5 years in a number of capacities, as well as participating in the group tasked with developing the National Competencies for Advanced Nursing Foot Care in Canada. As the current President of CAFCN, Audrey is committed to promoting best practices and excellence in nursing foot care, and dedicated to empowering, equipping and educating foot care nurses everywhere.
Audrey has a passion for excellence in nursing, is an RN in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario, a member of the Canadian Nurses Association, the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario, and IPAC-Canada. As part of her role with CAFCN, Audrey is a member of and represents CAFCN on the CSA Technical Committee for Medical Device Reprocessing, and the multidisciplinary Diabetic Foot Task Force.
