MEMBER AWARDS

CAMDR Members are eligible to apply for awards to assist with costs associated with the 2016 CAMDR Conference.

3M CANADA AWARD

3M Canada has collaborated with CAMDR to provide the 3M Canada Award for 2016. This award recognizes CAMDR members from Ontario who are Medical Device Reprocessing Technicians with an ongoing commitment to continuing education. 3M believes education is a significant factor in ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care and they are dedicated to supporting the efforts of these individuals to maintain and expand their knowledge throughout their careers. There are three awards for up to $600 each to assist with registration, travel, and accommodation costs associated with the 2016 CAMDR Conference.

JOHNSON & JOHNSON AWARD OF EXCELLENCE

Johnson & Johnson has collaborated with CAMDR to provide the Johnson & Johnson Award of Excellence for 2016. This award recognizes CAMDR members who are front-line staff (Sterile Supply Technicians, Medical Device Reprocessing Technicians, Team Leads) working in the field of medical device reprocessing. The award is for up to $1,000 to assist with registration, travel, and accommodation costs associated with the 2016 CAMDR Conference.

GETINGE CANADA AWARD

Getinge Canada has collaborated with CAMDR to provide the Getinge Canada Award for 2016. This award recognizes CAMDR members who have made a significant contribution to the profession of medical device reprocessing to improve the health of Canadians. The award is for up to $1,000 to assist with registration, travel, and accommodation costs associated with the 2016 CAMDR Conference. The amount of funding distributed will depend upon the applicant’s submitted expense report.
